Challenge

Sharekhan.com is an Online Trading Platform which helps its customers trade online in assets like equity, derivatives, commodities and mutual funds. Sharekhan was running a Search Campaign to acquire new customers. They were not happy with the Cost of Acquisition they were getting from the campaign and invited Jigserv Digital to help with the optimization of the campaign and bring down the Cost of Acquisition to desired goals

Objective

Drive up the lead volumes for New Customer Acquisition to 2x of the then prevailing volume

Drive down the Cost of Lead from INR 425 / Lead to below INR 200 / Lead and drive down the Cost of Acquisition to below INR 2,500/- from the then prevailing Cost of Acquisition of INR 8,000/-

Solution

Worked with the Sharekhan team to do a complete audit of the Ad Creatives and the corresponding Landing Pages to properly sync-up the creative communication and the Landing Page content

Undertook the creative performance optimization and Landing page optimization

Keyword optimization for both the search network and the content network

Outcome

The cost per lead was brought down to INR 165 / Lead and volume of leads increased by 50%

The quality of leads improved and lead to conversion % increased from 5% to 7%

The effective Cost of Acquisition came down from over INR 8000/- to below INR 2,500/-
